The line that uses an on-premises LLM to handle reports, official letters, and HWP/DOCX document work.

Partner product integration
External vendor products are brought into hyperQ packages through the AX ONE Partner Portal and Entitle.
Entitle handles licensing and permissions, so it is included in several product lines at once. Worx is not a paid package but a tool available as a free public download on Connect, and a Windows installer edition is being prepared for release.

Annual subscription license
Standard software owned by hyperQ is sold under an annual subscription license.
Supplied at cost
We add no channel margin to hardware and supply it at cost. You can also use equipment you already own (BYO).
Priced by statement of work (SOW)
Custom builds are priced separately against a statement of work (SOW), and billed for the personnel effort deployed.
Consultation → Paid pilot → Full deployment
We don't stall you with free demos. After the free Step 1 consultation, we validate through a paid pilot (SOW) whose scope, timeline, validation criteria, and deliverables are agreed in advance, then carry it into full deployment.
We sell with partners
Resale is rewarded with margin, referrals and direct sales with commission, and hardware is supplied at cost. The partner program is in preparation, and we are currently accepting pre-applications and conducting fit reviews.

After Delivery
We don't stop at delivery; we own operations.
We keep products running through annual subscription licenses and care packs, and we operate the main products directly on their service domains.
Annual operations and renewal
After delivery, a care pack keeps product operations and renewals running on an annual cycle. Customer self-retraining in VAI Ops reduces the model operations burden.
Four service domains
AX ONE (axone.run), Entitle (entitle.hyperq.run), OnDesk (ondesk.hyperq.run), and VAI Ops (vaiops.hyperq.run) are running on their own service domains.
