Privacy notice
This explains what information hyperQ Connect's inquiry and application forms handle and how it is processed. Form contents are used only to deliver your message to the hyperQ team inbox and are not stored in any database or server.
How It Works
Form contents are delivered by email only and are not stored on a server.
When you press submit, your entries are sent through the site's intake function (Cloudflare Pages Functions) via the company mail account (Microsoft 365) to the hyperQ team inbox ([email protected]). The function stores nothing beyond sending the email, and the site has no database. If the intake function is unavailable, the mail client on your device opens with your entries filled into the message body, addressed to the same inbox.
What We Receive
Information handled per form
Consultation request form
Company name, contact person, email, phone, industry, package of interest, adoption timeline, current systems, bottleneck description.
Worx alert form
Company name, contact person, email, intended use, notes.
Partner pre-application form
Company name, contact person, email, phone, partner type, sales region, industry, customer segment, package of interest, description.
Catalog request form
Company name, contact person, email, phone, catalogs of interest, notes.
Vendor inquiry form
Company name, product name, email, product URL, product type, integration point, industry, customer segment, description.
Purpose & Retention
Reviewed only within the scope of its purpose.
Received emails are reviewed by Hypernology staff only for consultation replies, partner and vendor suitability review, and release-alert notifications. They are kept in the inbox for as long as needed to fulfill that purpose and then deleted as a matter of policy. They are not shared with third parties. Marketing consent is not collected separately, and form consent is limited to the purpose of replying.

Preliminary notice
