hyperQ AX ONE

hyperQ AX ONE is an ERP-centered integrated operations platform that connects order intake, production, quality, shipping, and accounting into a single data flow. Templates for 18 industry types across 6 groups tailor the module, feature, regulatory, and KPI configuration, and three deployment models are supported: SaaS, hybrid, and on-premises (including air-gapped networks).

Role

A manufacturing integration system that runs MES, SCM, quality, and AI on a single platform with ERP at the core

Capabilities

What AX ONE does

When an order is confirmed, journal entries for accounts receivable, revenue, and VAT are generated automatically, and incoming payments and expense approvals are posted as vouchers the same way

SPC control charts, Cp/Cpk process capability analysis, and OEE calculation (based on ISO 22400-2 time elements)

Forward and backward LOT/serial traceability with genealogy tree lookup

MRP requirements explosion, APS finite-capacity scheduling, and demand forecasting (moving average, exponential smoothing)

WMS receiving and shipping, FEFO picking, picking route optimization, and barcode scanning

Double-entry vouchers, multi-currency, budgeting, bank reconciliation, and fixed-asset depreciation

Issuance of tax invoices and cash receipts, generation of electronic filing forms for VAT, withholding tax, corporate tax, and Korea's four major social insurances, and filing-deadline reminders

AI natural-language queries (Korean and English, read-only lookup) and three execution modes: simulation, approval, and autonomous

Electronic signatures (FDA 21 CFR Part 11) and immutable audit records retained for 7 years

Where it is used

Where it is used in the field

Field scenarios

One order runs through the entire plant

The order intake, production work order, quality inspection, shipping, and accounting screens are all linked by the same order number. When an order is confirmed, journal entries for accounts receivable, revenue, and VAT are created automatically, carrying over the order amount and tax as they are, and incoming payments and expense approvals are posted as vouchers the same way. The same data does not have to be re-entered in each system.

Field scenarios

Food and pharmaceutical regulatory compliance

Test records, electronic signatures, electronic batch records (EBR), and equipment IQ/OQ/PQ qualification history are managed inside the system. When a recall occurs, affected customers are identified automatically by following the LOT genealogy.

Field scenarios

Condition-based equipment maintenance

When a sensor value collected over MQTT exceeds a threshold or is judged anomalous, an alarm is raised and a maintenance work order is created automatically. Work orders that originate from an anomaly determination are confirmed after an approval step.

Field scenarios

Collaboration with tax and labor professionals

Certified public accountants, tax accountants, and certified labor attorneys review the accounting, tax, and payroll records of their client companies in a dedicated portal, then generate Hometax electronic filings and EDI filing files for Korea's four major social insurances to run the filing workflow. On-premises build customers connect to the same portal through the API Bridge.

Integration point

What it connects to

  • Site sensor data collection through standard MQTT v3.1.1/v5.0 brokers
  • External account integration via SAML 2.0, OIDC (Azure AD, Okta, and others), and LDAP/AD
  • AAS (IEC 63278) asset registration and a Catena-X EDC connector
  • Integration with 12 LLMs, with tenants able to register their own keys (BYOK)
  • License and subscription billing delegated to hyperQ Entitle
Checkpoints

Pre-consultation checks

  • Industry-specific features vary in implementation depth — check the coverage for your own industry first
  • To run all services at once, the recommended specification is 8 cores and 32 GB RAM or more
  • Using IoT sensor collection requires a separately provisioned MQTT broker
  • Catena-X integration requires EDC connection details and BPN registration for both partners beforehand
  • Integration with Korean institutions such as the National Tax Service, the Korea Financial Telecommunications and Clearings Institute (KFTC), and the four major social insurance agencies requires prior issuance of a Korean joint digital certificate and usage registration with each institution

Industry Stack

Industry Stacks this product belongs to

This product is part of the recommended configuration for the industry Stacks below. If the bottleneck described here matches your floor, it is time to start a review.

How to evaluate

How review and quoting work

The review sequence and quote structure used for hyperQ package deployments.

How we validate

Consultation → Paid pilot → Full deployment

A free consultation confirms your industry, bottleneck, and security conditions, then lays out candidate packages and checkpoints. From there a paid pilot — scope, timeline, validation criteria, and deliverables agreed up front — validates the fit and carries into full deployment.

Quote structure

Standard SW, hardware, and custom implementation are quoted separately

Standard software is an annual subscription license, hardware is supplied at cost (bring your own is possible), and custom implementation is scoped by statement of work (SOW). Operations after delivery continue through a care pack.
