FAQ

What to check before a consultation.

We've collected the questions we hear repeatedly during deployment reviews. If your conditions aren't covered here, note them in your consultation request and we'll review and reply.

How We Validate

Consultation is free; validation starts with a paid pilot.

Questions about the review sequence before deployment and when costs start.

Paid pilot

Can the validation be done for free first?

Validation starts with a scoped paid pilot. Because the statement of work (SOW), timeline, validation criteria, and deliverables are agreed up front, the scope stays small and the cost is clear.

Step 1 · Free

Is there a cost from the first meeting?

The Step 1 consultation is free. We review your industry, bottleneck, and security conditions, then lay out candidate packages and checklist items.

Scope agreement

What scope does a pilot cover?

We start with a small scope, such as one line or one product family. The scope of work, timeline, validation criteria, and deliverables are agreed in advance, and the staff work involved is billed against that scope.

Deployment time

How long does deployment take?

In past cases, special valve inspection and PCB inspection took 2 weeks, and crack inspection in newly built apartments took 1 month. Because the timeline varies with the inspection target and site conditions, we do not present standard schedules per package.

The sequence is consultation → paid pilot → full deployment, and pilot results carry over into package deployment and into operations under an annual subscription license and care pack. Step-by-step details are on the deployment consultation page.

How We Quote

We break the quote down so you see what you pay for and how much.

Questions about why there is no price list and what goes into a quote.

Quote structure

Why is there no price list on the site?

Standard software is licensed under an annual subscription, hardware is supplied at cost, custom implementation is scoped separately under a statement of work (SOW), and maintenance runs through a care pack. Because the configuration varies with each customer's environment, an exact quote is provided during consultation.

Hardware

Is there a margin on hardware as well?

Hardware is supplied at cost with no channel margin added. You can also use equipment you already own (BYO).

Custom build

How is the cost calculated for an implementation tailored to our environment?

Estimated separately against a statement of work (SOW), billed for the staffing effort committed.

The product configurations, package scopes, deployment methods, and pricing on this site are for reference only; actual terms are finalized at the consultation and contract stage.

Security & Network

We check the deployment model and network conditions first.

Questions about where the products run and how the information you enter in a form is handled.

Deployment

Are all hyperQ products installed inside our own network?

The deployment model differs by product. Scribe is an on-premises build installed on internal and institutional networks, while AX ONE, Entitle, VAI Ops, and OnDesk run on their own service domains.

Air-gapped activation

Does license activation work on an air-gapped network with no internet?

Entitle provides offline (air-gapped) activation. License issuance and renewal, along with user and organization permission control, are handled on the same infrastructure.

On-premises

We can't upload internal documents to external AI services — can we still deploy this?

Scribe is deployed on-premises, installed on internal and institutional networks. The work of turning in-house data into documents, reports, and official letters is handled inside your network.

Form data

Where is the information I enter in the inquiry form stored?

It is not stored on a server (database). Your entries are sent to the team inbox ([email protected]) and, as a matter of policy, are kept in the inbox for as long as needed to fulfill the purpose of your inquiry and then deleted.

Purpose of use

What is my submission used for?

Our staff access it only for consultation replies, partner and vendor suitability review, and release-alert notifications, and it is not provided to third parties. Marketing consent is not collected separately.

When the intake function is unavailable, a mail composer opens on your device, and the inquiry is submitted only once you press send. The full description of how data is handled is in the privacy notice.

Products & Packages

Within a package, each product takes on a defined role.

Questions about why packages are composed this way, how to verify them, and operations after delivery.

Shared foundation

Why are Entitle and OnDesk included in most packages?

Because they are a shared operating foundation rather than individual feature products. Entitle handles permissions and license control, and OnDesk handles remote maintenance.

How to verify

Can we first check whether the products actually work?

You can see AX ONE, Entitle, OnDesk, and VAI Ops for yourself on the service domains where they are already running. Demos of the products in actual operation are on the videos page.

Product materials

Can I get product materials first?

One portfolio catalog and nine per-product catalogs are ready. The files are not posted on the site; on request, our team emails you the latest version.

AI inspection

We have almost no defect data — is AI inspection still possible?

Our deployment cases include one where training and detection ran on defect data occurring about once a year, and another trained on as few as 100 images. Conditions differ from line to line, so we determine applicability after reviewing the inspection target.

After delivery

Who takes over operations after delivery?

A care pack keeps products running and updated on an annual basis after delivery, and customer self-retraining in VAI Ops reduces the operating burden. Remote sites and overseas plants are covered by OnDesk remote support.

Customer information in our case studies is undisclosed; only the inspection target and results are made public. The conditions and figures for the cases cited here are on the case studies page.

Partner Program

The partner program is at the pre-application stage.

Questions to review before applying as a sales partner or vendor partner.

Two tracks

What is the difference between a sales partner and a vendor partner?

Sales partners propose and sell hyperQ packages to customers. Vendor partners bring their own products into the hyperQ lineup.

Application stage

Can I apply now?

The program is still in preparation, so at this stage we are accepting pre-applications and fit discussions. After a pre-application, the fit review focuses on your core industries, customer base, and the implementation scope you can cover.

Compensation structure

How much is the commission?

Compensation comes from software resale margin, referral and direct-sale commissions, and revenue from implementation, installation, and first-line support services; no channel margin is loaded onto hardware. Specific commission rates will be provided separately to approved partners once the sales policy is finalized.

Deal Registration

Are the customers I source protected?

Opportunities you source are managed through Deal Registration, so that during the protection period they don't conflict with direct sales or another partner's proposal. Detailed criteria such as the protection period will be provided to approved partners once the sales policy is finalized.

Vendor integration

Where does our equipment connect with hyperQ?

Matching just one of the four touchpoints — Entitle (license), OnDesk (remote operations), AX ONE (operations data), or package add-ons — is enough to start the conversation. The vision input layer is not locked to a single vendor: it can be replaced by, or run in parallel with, equipment from qualified vendors, and bring your own (BYO) equipment is also possible.

Partner tiers advance through Registered → Sales Certified → Implementation Certified → Strategic as onboarding progresses, and the detailed conditions for each tier will be shared with approved partners once the sales policy is finalized.
