These Terms of Use apply to the use of the hyperQ Connect website (hyperq.run, hereinafter the "Site"). The Site is an informational site operated by Hypernology Inc. for the purpose of introducing products and packages and providing sales and partnership information. By using the Site, you are deemed to have agreed to these Terms of Use.
Nature of Information
The information on the Site is for reference only.
Product configurations, package scope, deployment methods, and pricing vary depending on the customer environment and mutual discussions, and actual terms are finalized at the consultation and contract stage. The contents of the Site may change without prior notice, and no specific results or performance are guaranteed.
Non-binding information
The product and package descriptions on the Site are a starting point for proposals; specific terms are determined by separate agreement.
Service domains are separate
For product services such as axone.run and entitle/ondesk/vaiops.hyperq.run, the terms and policies of each respective service apply separately.
Limitation of liability arising from use
Liability for results arising from the use of information on the Site is limited to the extent permitted by law.
Intellectual Property
The content of the Site is the property of Hypernology.
The text, images, illustrations, code, and brands (hyperQ and product names) on the Site are the exclusive property of Hypernology Inc. and are protected by copyright and related laws. Reproduction, redistribution, reverse engineering, or commercial use without prior written consent is prohibited.
Proprietary license
This Site and hyperQ products are provided under the Hypernology proprietary license.
Unauthorized collection and reproduction prohibited
Automated crawling and bulk collection, content reproduction and republication, reverse engineering, and attempts to circumvent security are prohibited.
Processing of submitted information
When you submit a consultation or application form, the information you enter is processed solely for the purpose of responding to you. For details, the personal information processing notice applies.

The Korean version of these Terms of Use is the authoritative version; the English and Chinese translations are for reference only. In case of any discrepancy with a translation, the Korean version shall prevail.
