hyperQ Vendor Partner

Combine your technology and hardware with the hyperQ standard stack to build proposal competitiveness.

Vendor partners integrate their own hardware or software modules with the hyperQ standard common stack (Entitle licensing, OnDesk remote support, etc.) and propose them as combined offerings. Beyond simple referrals, we jointly define the integration points that interlock with hyperQ — license issuance, remote maintenance, and equipment data integration. Partnership pre-inquiries are currently being accepted to review integration feasibility.

Combine Points

Combine points that connect with hyperQ

To be sold together within a package, your product must combine with hyperQ in at least one of the below.

Entitle

Entitle · Licensing

A combine point where your product's licenses and permissions are issued and managed on Entitle.

Example: you can set up a flow that issues and renews feature licenses for vendor equipment through Entitle.

OnDesk

OnDesk · Remote operations

A combine point where your product's remote maintenance and operations support are delivered within the OnDesk flow.

Example: you can deliver remote inspection sessions for delivered equipment within OnDesk.

AX ONE

AX ONE · Operational data

A combine point where the operational data your product generates is integrated on AX ONE.

Example: you can build a configuration that surfaces sensor and equipment data on the AX ONE operations screen.

Add-on

Package add-on

A point where your product is combined and proposed as an add-on to the AI Vision, Safety, or Office package.

Example: you can bundle vendor cameras and lighting as add-ons to the AI Vision package.

The four above are examples of common combine points. Even a single matching point is enough to start a discussion.

What You Get

What vendors get when a combination goes through

The below are benefits grounded in infrastructure and processes already in operation. This is not a sales guarantee, but the structure provided when a combination is in place.

Package exposure

Proposed within a package

Included in customer proposals not as a standalone item but as an add-on to industry packages such as AI Vision.

Entitle infrastructure

Licensing & billing infrastructure

With Entitle in operation, you can set up product license issuance, offline activation, and billing together.

OnDesk operations

Remote maintenance channel

You can deliver remote inspection and support for delivered equipment within the OnDesk flow in operation.

Sales materials

Onboarding sales materials

As onboarding proceeds, we share sales materials such as the packages you can propose and demo flows step by step.

Regional·industry exclusivity terms are not yet fixed as standard policy and are discussed during partnership negotiations.

Standard HW Stack

The vision input layer is open.

hyperQ is not tied to a single vendor's equipment. Hardware is built from standard layers — vision input, edge/IPC, and AI compute — with software layered on top. The vision input layer isn't fixed to one option; it can be swapped or run in parallel with qualified vendors, and bring your own (BYO) is also supported.

Standard HW stack, 4 layers — vision input (swappable, BYO) · edge/IPC · AI compute · hyperQ software

Integration Path

Vendor equipment plugs in at the very front of this flow.

Example based on cameras and sensors — together we can build a path that runs from model production (VAI Ops) → on-site execution (Robision) → operations integration (AX ONE). For other product families such as documents and security, we design the path together when you inquire, starting from the integration points above.

Integration path: vendor equipment → VAI Ops model production → Robision field execution → AX ONE operational rollout

Prepare

Preparing before you inquire speeds up the review.

Not required — sending only the materials you have is enough to start a discussion on combine potential.

Product overview

Product overview materials

A 1–2 page overview showing your product's role and strengths is enough.

Integration point

Combine point description

Describe where you connect — licensing, remote operations, data, hardware, or workflow.

Customer base

Key customers & industries

Telling us your current customer base and target industries makes it easier to shape the package combine direction.

Submitted partnership inquiries are reviewed by Hypernology's partner team ([email protected]), who will reply to you.
